Lucio Fabris

Lucio has operated Med-I-Well Services, a Sudbury based company that integrates health care team members to improve care, since 1988. He provides home consultation services, outpatient coagulation care, and home infusion therapy in addition to conducting and publishing clinical research. He also provides educational services for Northern Ontario medical residents, Victorian Order of Nurses and occupational health nurses. Additionally, he coordinates the local Pain and Symptom Control Interdisciplinary Resource Team. In rural hospitals he provides consulting services and offers medication education clinics to patients and practitioners. Lucio is a 1980 graduate from the University of Toronto. A badminton player, he has competed in the 1976 Thomas Cup and the 1978 Commonwealth Games where he won a Silver Medal. Lucio was awarded the CPhA Innovative Practice Award in 2001.
